The Army," added the Chief of the EMS, "must distinguish itself by its spirit of evolution and attitude to innovation, constantly projecting itself into the future, but basing its foundations on lived values. We must focus on young people, who are at the heart of an organised and modern military instrument, continuously investing in them with confidence."
