Through interviews, analysis, and authentic stories, DEBRIEFING TALKS brings listeners the most human dimension of the military world: one made of training, camaraderie, fear, courage, and difficult choices.

Each episode is a debriefing — a moment of reflection, where those who have firsthand experience share what it truly means to “be there,” far from official narratives.

The podcast aims to offer a direct and sincere perspective on what happens behind the daily life of a soldier.

First episode: From Folgore to Col Moschin, we interviewed Luca Fois, the Total Soldier

In this first episode of DEBRIEFING TALKS, Luca Fois tells what drove him to enlist, the challenges that led him to the Special Forces, and the evolution he experienced over time — both in training and technology — within the Italian elite units.

Enlisted in the early 2000s, he first served as a Paratrooper in the 186th Regiment “Folgore”, then moved to the 185th RAO Regiment as a Target Acquirer and, subsequently, to the 9th Regiment Col Moschin as an Incursor. Among camaraderie, esprit de corps, and determination, Fois embodies the values that truly define a man in uniform.

After voluntary discharge, he chooses a new challenge: the mountain.

Today he pursues new records, carrying with him the same spirit that guided him in service.
