Change of command of the Spanish Paratroopers, General Gutiérrez Alcalá arrives

A commander with proven operational experience
Pedro Luis Gutierrez Alcala was born in Opera (Jaen) theFebruary 11, 1970. The September 1, 1989 enter theGeneral Military Academy by Saragossa, as part of the 54th Promotion.
