New procedure for requesting a duplicate military parachutist licence and personal jump booklet

Have you lost your military skydiving licence and/or jump booklet? No worries, just apply directly to the CAPAR (Parachute Training Centre, formerly SMIPAR) in Pisa and you will have your duplicate.

Let us now look at the procedure in each case, from September 2024, the procedure has been slightly modified with regard to payment. Below are the 3 updated options:

Option 1: Patent card and personal throw booklet

1. Inviare una e-mail a: casezmatrvlc@cepara.esercito.difesa.it , oggetto della e-mail: Request for Payment for Duplicate Patent Card and Personal Launch Booklet Riceverete come risposta il bollettino di pagamento tramite il sistema PagoPA. Effettuare il pagamento (la cifra da pagare sarà comunicata al momento dell’emissione del bollettino, potete comunque consultare i costi, in maniera orientativa, a this link).
2. Preparate una busta raccomandata con all’interno:

• Original of payment made via PagoPA (point 1)
• Application on plain paper with your data and specifying the type of duplicate (you can download a facsimile by clicking here);
• Copy of valid identity card and tax code;
• No. 3 passport-size photos of which no. 1 authenticated at the municipality of residence;
• Copy of the report of loss to the competent authorities (Carabinieri or Police);

Send everything to:

Option 2: Patent card only

How much to pay?

The amount to be paid, which verrà comunicata al momento dell’emissione del bollettino di pagamento tramite il sistema PagoPA, sarà, orientativamente (salve ulteriori aggiornamenti e/o cambiamenti da parte dell’Amministrazione del CAPAR):

Patent card and personal throw booklet 28.66€:

€ 16.00 revenue stamp for each 4 sheets produced (excerpt);

€ 5.00 patent card and personal throw booklet cost;

€ 7.40 reimbursement by registered mail with return receipt:

€ 0.26 per sheet produced;

Patent card only 9.90€:

€ 2.50 patent card cost;

€ 7.40 reimbursement by registered mail with return receipt:

Personal launch booklet only 26.16€:

€ 16.00 revenue stamp for each 4 sheets produced (excerpt);

€ 2.50 personal throw booklet cost;

€ 7.40 reimbursement by registered mail with return receipt:

€ 0.26 per sheet produced;
