C.A. Gen. (res) Parachutist Raider Marco Bertolini re-elected president of the National Parachute Association of Italy

The General C.A. (res) Parachutist Raider Marco Bertolini was re-elected National President of the National Parachutists Association of Italy (ANPdI), confirming his role for the fourth consecutive term. Voting took place during the ANPdI National Assembly, which was held on 20 April 2024 at the Army Logistics Base in Cecina.

The voting session was attended by numerous members of the association and benefited from the institutional interventions of figures such as the Lieutenant Colonel Gianfranco Paglia, M.O.V.M.and the Deputy Commander of the Folgore Parachute Brigade, the Colonel Massimo Veggetti.

The Executive Board, reconfirmed for the new term, includes prominent figures such as the National Vice President, General B. (ris) Par. Inc. Raffaele Iubini, the Secretary General, General B. (res) Par. Enrico Pollini, the Administrative Secretary, Dr. Mario Margara, and the National Technical Secretary, Lawyer Alberto Benatti.

The event highlighted the excellent leadership of the President of the Assembly, Professor Valter Sergoand the fundamental contribution of the Section Presidents from all over the country who, with their participation and commitment, gave a sign of the Association's strong vitality.

The re-election testifies to the trust and continued support that General Bertolini receives from the parachute community, reflecting his unwavering commitment to promoting the interests of the association's members.

We wish General Bertolini, a historic officer of the Folgore and the Italian special forces for almost half a century, the best of luck in his reappointment as President of the ANPdI.
