Over 140 Officer Cadets of the 206th Course “Dignità” from the Military Academy of Modena have completed the parachute jump qualification course with automatic opening parachutes.

The training activity took place at the Parachuting Training Center – CAPAR in Pisa, a reference point for the Armed Forces for the training of personnel destined for parachuting deployment.

During the course, the Officer Cadets underwent a theoretical and practical path aimed at acquiring the knowledge and skills necessary to perform parachute jumps safely. The preparation required physical effort, concentration, discipline, and the ability to operate as part of a team.

Having completed the required training phases, the attendees carried out the necessary parachute jumps to obtain the qualification, experiencing one of the most challenging and significant experiences of their journey at the Military Academy.

The activity involved future Officers of the Italian Army and the Carabinieri, who were called to face a training environment where courage, technical preparation, and team spirit play a fundamental role.

The course at CAPAR represents much more than a simple qualification. The parachute jump tests the ability to control one's emotions, strictly apply the learned procedures, and rely on individual preparation and the work done together with their companions.

The Cadets of the 206th Course “Dignità” thus add an important piece to their training path. An experience destined to consolidate military skills, character, and that heritage of values that forms the basis of the preparation of future commanders of the Italian Army and the Carabinieri.
