Dopo anni di incertezze, Bruxelles sta rafforzando il proprio ruolo nella sicurezza comune. Al G20 Finanza in Sudafrica si discuterà di un possibile “fondo per il riarmo” o addirittura di una “banca per il riarmo”, strumenti innovativi che potrebbero garantire stabilità e crescita.
