A Legnago (VR) una bomba d’aereo della Seconda guerra mondiale è stata neutralizzata dagli artificieri dell’8° Reggimento Genio Guastatori Paracadutisti "Folgore”. L’operazione, coordinata dalla Prefettura di Verona, ha previsto l’evacuazione di circa 800 residenti e la sospensione del traffico. Dopo la rimozione delle spolette, l’ordigno è stato fatto brillare in sicurezza. Nel 2025 il Reggimento ha già neutralizzato circa 900 ordigni nelle province di competenza.

I Paesi Bassi hanno annunciato un nuovo sistema mobile anti-drone, assemblato con componenti già disponibili, per proteggere la fanteria in attesa dei più avanzati Skyranger 30, previsti dal 2028. La misura risponde all’aumento delle minacce dei droni, come già avvenuto in Ucraina e in altri Paesi europei. Oltre al sistema mobile, saranno potenziati radar, veicoli armati e droni intercettori. L’iniziativa mostra la necessità di soluzioni rapide contro minacce sempre più diffuse.
