{"id":4253,"date":"2025-02-12T14:15:18","date_gmt":"2025-02-12T13:15:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/brigatafolgore.net\/https-brigatafolgore-net-amorphous-piattaforma-controllo-autonomo-droni\/"},"modified":"2025-04-06T08:02:53","modified_gmt":"2025-04-06T07:02:53","slug":"amorphous-potente-piattaforma-per-il-controllo-autonomo-dei-droni","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/brigatafolgore.net\/en\/amorphous-powerful-platform-for-autonomous-drone-control\/","title":{"rendered":"Amorphous, powerful platform for autonomous drone control."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L3Harris presented <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.l3harris.com\/all-capabilities\/amorphous\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.l3harris.com\/all-capabilities\/amorphous\" rel=\"noopener\">Amorphous<\/a><\/strong>, a software platform to control swarms of unmanned systems across multiple domains, allowing aerial drones, ships and other platforms to operate together seamlessly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The software, based on a<strong>open and scalable architecture<\/strong>, is designed to handle thousands of payloads, meeting the US Department of Defence's requirements for advanced integration of autonomous systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jon Rambeau, president of L3Harris Integrated Mission Systems, described it as a <strong>conductor<\/strong> for command and control of autonomous fleets. \"The problem is no longer managing tens or hundreds of assets, but thousands simultaneously, which is impossible with human control alone,\" he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unlike models based on a <strong>mother ship<\/strong>, <strong>Amorphous<\/strong> coordinates one <strong>leaderless swarm<\/strong>by distributing commands among all platforms.
