No worries, just apply directly to the CAPAR (Parachute Training Centre, formerly SMIPAR) in Pisa and you will have your duplicate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let us now look at the procedure in each case, <strong>from September 2024, the procedure has been slightly modified with regard to payment<\/strong>. Below are the 3 updated options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Option 1: Patent card and personal throw booklet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Send an e-mail to: <a>casezmatrvlc@cepara.esercito.difesa.it<\/a> subject of the e-mail: <strong>Request for Payment for Duplicate Patent Card and Personal Launch Booklet<\/strong> You will receive the payment slip via the PagoPA system as a reply.
