We firmly believe that the Internet should be available and accessible to everyone and we are committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of circumstances and capabilities.
To achieve this, we aim to adhere as strictly as possible to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 (WCAG 2.1) of World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) at AA level. These guidelines explain how to make web content accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities. Following these guidelines helps us ensure that the website is accessible to everyone, including people who are blind, visually impaired, cognitively impaired and others.
This website uses various technologies to make it as accessible as possible at all times. We implement an accessibility interface that allows users with specific disabilities to adjust the user interface (UI) of the website and customise its design to suit their needs.
In addition, the website uses an application based on artificial intelligence which operates in the background to continuously optimise the level of accessibility. This application corrects the HTML code of the site, adapts its functionality for screen-readers used by blind users and for keyboard functions used by persons with motor disabilities.
If you encounter a problem or have suggestions for improving accessibility, we will be happy to hear from you. You can contact the website operators via the following email address: .
Our website implements the ARIA (Accessible Rich Internet Applications)along with several behavioural changes, to ensure that visually impaired users can read, understand and use the site's functionalities with a screen-reader.
When a user with a screen-reader enters the site, he immediately receives a notice to activate the Screen-Reader Profilein order to navigate and interact with the site effectively. This is how our site meets the main requirements of screen-readers:
Optimisation for screen-readersWe run a background process that analyses the website to ensure compliance even during updates. This process provides screen-readers with meaningful information via ARIA attributes, including accurate labels for forms, descriptions for interactive icons (social media, search, shopping cart, etc.), validation instructions for form fields and roles for elements such as buttons, menus and modal windows. In addition, the process analyses all images and provides a description based on object recognition in theALT tag for images without a description. The system also uses the OCR (Optical Character Recognition) to extract text embedded in images.
To activate the adaptations for screen-readersusers must press the key combination Alt+1 at any time. In addition, users are automatically notified to activate the screen-reader mode as soon as they access the site.
These adjustments are compatible with all major screen-readers, including JAWS e NVDA.
Optimisation of keyboard navigation: the background process modifies the HTML code of the site and uses JavaScript to enable keyboard navigation. You can navigate the site using the keys Tab e Shift+Tab, open drop-down menu with the directional arrows, close them with Escactivate buttons and links with Enterradio buttons and checkboxes with the arrows, and select them with Space o Enter.
Keyboard users will find quick navigation menus and options to jump directly to content available by pressing Alt+1 or as the first element of the site during navigation.
The system also manages modal windows, automatically moving the keyboard focus on them as soon as they appear and preventing the focus from shifting outside the window.
They are available keyboard shortcutsincluding:
Our goal is to support as many browsers and assistive technologies as possible. The site is compatible with Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Opera, Microsoft Edge, JAWS and NVDAcovering more than 95% of users.
Despite our efforts to ensure maximum accessibility, some pages or sections may not be fully optimised. We are constantly working to improve and update the accessibility of the site.
