131 Officers of the 201st 'Esempio' Course marked an important step forward in their military career by obtaining the rank of Lieutenant in a ceremony held at the Arsenal Palace, headquarters of the Training Command and Application School. The ceremony marked the conclusion of a rigorous training course and the transition to new responsibilities.
Parachute Lieutenant General Stefano Mannino presided over the event, addressing the new Lieutenants with some reflections on their professional future, highlighting the importance of their role and the growing responsibilities they will have to assume, emphasising the need for constant commitment to the personnel entrusted to them and the institutions they represent.
The training received at the Turin School of Application was intense and comprehensive, integrating military training with advanced academic studies. Having successfully completed five years of basic training, the lieutenants are now ready to receive their master's degree in July and to be assigned to the Army's various operational units.
The School of Application not only confirms itself as a point of reference in military training, but also proves itself to be an environment where dedication to study, openness to new teaching methods and the internationalisation of the country's future military leaders are valued.
